Gary (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides missed-call text-back software for home-service businesses. This policy covers the Gary website and text demo, including information you provide when you call, text, or contact us.

Information We Collect

We collect the phone number associated with your call or text, call and message dates and identifiers, message content, and information you choose to provide during the conversation. This may include your name, address, service questions, and simulated appointment details. We keep your opt-in message and its date, sending and receiving numbers, and message identifier as evidence of your permission. We also keep your messaging preferences, including opt-out and resubscription requests.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, run the missed-call demonstration, answer questions, walk through simulated scheduling, provide support, and honor your messaging preferences. Automated assistants process conversation information to provide these services. Information provided in the demo is used for the demonstration; it is not a request to dispatch a contractor.

Text Messages and Your Choices

You join Gary's optional SMS demo by texting DEMO to (254) 400-2952 after reading our SMS Disclosure. Gary confirms your opt-in and invites you to call the same number. The subsequent missed-call response, conversation, and simulated booking messages are part of your requested demonstration. Calling alone does not enroll you in texts. We do not send promotions or unrelated follow-ups. A general question sent by text may receive an answer without enrolling you in the demonstration.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Calling again does not override an opt-out. Reply START or UNSTOP to request texts again about the demo.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing Gary, booking a phone demonstration, or receiving support. You can watch the video, book a phone demo, or email hello@letgarybook.com without joining the SMS demo. Visiting the website, accepting the terms, or booking a phone demo does not enroll you.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use service providers for message delivery, automated assistance, data storage, and scheduling. They may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. SMS opt-in and consent information is not shared with third parties except messaging providers as needed to deliver messages and honor messaging preferences. We do not transfer your consent to another business or authorize providers to market to you.

Data Security and Retention

We use safeguards to protect stored information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We retain information needed to provide the service, maintain inquiry and messaging preference records, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of your information. We may retain records needed to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
