Terms of Service – Gary

These terms cover the Gary website and missed-call text-back demonstration. Gary provides an automated assistant that responds to inquiries and demonstrates how a home-service business can answer questions and schedule jobs over text.

The Demonstration

The Gary demo simulates a home-service conversation and appointment booking. Messages identify Gary as the sender. Any service details, prices, or appointment times presented as part of the simulation are demonstration examples. A simulated booking does not arrange an actual repair, dispatch a contractor, or create a service agreement with a contractor.

How to Join the SMS Demo

Text DEMO to (254) 400-2952 after reading our SMS Disclosure to agree to automated messages from Gary for the demonstration. Gary confirms your opt-in and invites you to call the same number. After that call, Gary sends a missed-call response and continues the demonstration when you reply.

Your consent covers the requested missed-call response, answers to your messages, and simulated appointment confirmations. Calling alone does not enroll you or trigger a demo text without prior permission. We do not send promotions, unrelated follow-ups, or a reminder sequence if you stop participating. A general question sent by text may receive an answer without enrolling you in the demonstration.

SMS Frequency, Charges, and Choices

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing Gary, booking a phone demonstration, or receiving support. Visiting the website, agreeing to these terms, or booking a phone demo does not enroll you in texts.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive one opt-out confirmation, and further texts will stop. A later call does not override an earlier opt-out. Reply START or UNSTOP to request resubscription to demo texts. Resubscription does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Limitation of Liability

Gary is not liable for damages arising from use of our services, website, or SMS program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
